Use it in lattes, cocktails that call for simple syrup, top pancakes and waffles, Even add a little bit to lemonade for an extra something. Great to keep on hand and will last a week or more in the fridge (until it crystallizes).

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Granulated Cane Sugar
1 cups Water
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Add water and sugar to small sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue to boil about 5 minutes.
- Turn heat off and add vanilla.
