Orange Cranberry Glaze

1 Cup orange marmalade
1/2 Cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 Cup jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (we use Lea & Perrins)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
3 tsp Meat Church “Honey Hog”
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir everything until it’s well mixed. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes, then remove it from the heat.
- Wait until the last hour to glaze the meat because I don’t want the brown sugar to burn. If you’re grilling over 250 degrees Fahrenheit, I wait until the last 15 minutes.
- Serve extra glaze on the side, and enjoy!
