Orange Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup orange marmalade

  • 1/2 Cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 1/2 Cup jellied cranberry sauce

  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (we use Lea & Perrins)

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard

  • 3 tsp Meat Church “Honey Hog”

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir everything until it’s well mixed. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes, then remove it from the heat. 
  • Wait until the last hour to glaze the meat because I don’t want the brown sugar to burn. If you’re grilling over 250 degrees Fahrenheit, I wait until the last 15 minutes. 
  • Serve extra glaze on the side, and enjoy!
